Programme Background
|
The Diploma in Islamic Banking specializes the studies in the basics of Islamic and conventional banking and exposes students to the basics of the Islamic and conventional financial systems. It also exposes students to shariah contracts in Islamic banking, financial management, investment, risk management and other relevant areas.
Admission Requirements

Pass SPM/SPMV with at least 3 credits and pass Mathematics; or

Pass STPM or equivalent with at least Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in one (1) subject; or

Pass STAM with Maqbul; or
-
Pass in Skill Certificate level 3 (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia, SKM) in a related field and have a minimum SPM of 1 credit; or
-
Pass in a recognize certificate (level 3, MQF) or equivalent in MIF or related fields; with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; or
-
Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
