• To produce professionals in Law or Shariah Law who can demonstrate comprehensive knowledge by applying, analyzing and comparing the principles of Law or Shariah Law from its sources in solving current and emerging issues or problems.

• To produce professionals in Law or Shariah Law who can lead with autonomy and responsibility as well as engage in teams through effective communication and interpersonal skills using the required languages.

• To produce professionals in Law or Shariah Law who utilize digital and numeracy skills to continuously advance their knowledge and skills in developing their career and to explore business opportunities in the profession, locally and globally.

• To produce professionals in Law or Shariah Law who uphold and integrate ethical as well as professional values, moral obligations and sustainable practices in providing services to the clients and the society as a whole.

• High School Certificate; Or

• Higher Education Certificate of Malaysia (STPM) or equivalent with at least Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in one (1) subject of Islamic Studies and one (1) other subject; AND credit in one (1) Arabic subject at the SPM level; OR

• Passed the Malaysian Higher Certificate of Religion (STAM) with Jayyid; OR

• Passed Matriculation / Foundation / Foundation with at least CGPA of 2.00 from 4.00 AND credit in one (1) Arabic subject and one (1) from the subject of Islamic Studies at SPM level or equivalent qualification; OR

• Any equivalent qualification (Level 4, MQF) and credit in one (1) of the subjects Arabic and one (1) of the subjects of Islamic Studies at the SPM level; OR

• Equivalent Diploma in Shariah Legislation (Level 4, MQF) with at least a minimum 2.50 out of 4.00; OR

• Other recognized qualifications are equivalent.

• International students need to get a score of 550 for Test os English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) OR 79 for TOEFL online test OR score 5.5 for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or equivalent.

• Specific assessment methods (such as an interview or aptitude test or both) can be used in the process of selecting candidates for Bachelor's degree programs.
